McDonald's in Losheim am See

Great location to have a romantic dinner during these times !!!! ;)

The lady at the window took cash, she didn't disinfect her hands, but rubbed them over the counter because her hands were cold. Otherwise, the food, especially the fries, was ice cold, and packed very messy, everything falls on top of each other, in my opinion not recommendable. Pity! The worst MCDONALDS I've met so far. .

I got 2 ice cream yesterday. The bags were only half full at most. When asked if everything would be for 6 € came just a shrug. There were also holes in the ice in the bag. Outrageous. Never there again !!!!!

At the drive in I had to go back twice when I placed my order due to a lack of citizens. Doesn't work at all.

The worst MC Donalds branch there is probably! Either the food is cold or you wait forever or something was forgotten when ordering! No matter when you enter these branches, there is something else that spoils your stay! I thought the branches are being checked for quality? I think Losheim was forgotten! Unfortunately, you can't give less than one star in this case!

Unfriendly and annoyed. You get the food cold in the drive and when you unpack it, your appetite is gone. Clearly one of the worst branches in Saarland. It is understandable that you cannot expect a 5 star menu from McDonalds, but the food should still be appetizing.

Staff is very motivated and friendly (not !!) ... Eating what you get in the McDrive is cold as soon as it is handed over. And burgers look like everything except the burger you ordered!

One of the slowest McDonald's' I've ever been. Slow Food rather than fast food.

Very interesting to see that McDonald's in Germany is always busy. Wouldn't expect that from people that claim to hate American capitalism so much ?
